Hello! This Privacy Policy explains how Lunapp LLP (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you use our mobile applications (“Apps”). By using our Apps you agree to the practices described below.
1. Who We Are
Lunapp LLP is a mobile game studio based in Kazakhstan. We develop word games and puzzles available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

2. What Data We Collect

| Country and approximate location | We receive your country and approximate location (which cannot determine your exact position) for ad personalization and analytics. |
| Device information | Device manufacturer, model, and OS version are collected for analytics and technical support, helping us identify and fix issues across devices. |
| Network connectivity | We check for an internet connection to download additional resources (e.g., new levels), load ads, and send analytics data. |
| Name and email | If you contact our support team via email or the website form, you provide your email address, name, device info, OS version and App version. |
Data may be provided by you directly, or collected automatically by the App during use. Unless stated otherwise, all requested data is mandatory. If you do not provide it, the App may be unable to deliver its services. Where the App indicates that certain data is optional, you may choose not to provide it without affecting the App’s availability.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Improving our Apps: analytics help us understand how players interact with our games and identify areas for improvement.
- Advertising: ad identifiers and usage data enable ad networks to show relevant ads. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
- Technical support: device and OS data help us reproduce and fix bugs.
- Legal compliance: we may process data as required by applicable law or in response to valid legal requests.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and to comply with legal obligations. Analytics data is typically retained in aggregated, anonymized form. Support correspondence is kept for up to 3 years after your last contact.

App Stores and Payments

Our Apps do not process payments directly. We do not collect or store payment information. All payment processing is handled by the platform’s app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
6. Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@lunappstudio.com and we will promptly delete it. Users between 13 and 17 should have their parent or legal guardian review and agree to this Policy.

- Ad personalization: You can disable personalized ads in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Advertising; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
- Analytics: You can opt out of analytics collection via your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
- Ad-free experience: Some of our Apps offer an in-app purchase to remove ads entirely.

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. You are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
