Privacy Policy

Hello! This Privacy Policy explains how TOO Lunapp (Lunapp) ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects your information when you use our mobile applications ("Apps"). By using our Apps you agree to the practices described below.


1. Who We Are

TOO Lunapp (Lunapp) is a mobile game studio based in Kazakhstan. We develop word games and puzzles available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

2. What Data We Collect

Data may be provided by you directly, or collected automatically by the App during use. Unless stated otherwise, all requested data is mandatory. If you do not provide it, the App may be unable to deliver its services. Where the App indicates that certain data is optional, you may choose not to provide it without affecting the App's availability.


3. How We Use Your Data

  • Saving your progress: game saves let you continue playing from where you left off, across sessions and — in supported Apps — across devices.
  • Improving our Apps: analytics help us understand how players interact with our games and identify areas for improvement.
  • Advertising: ad identifiers and usage data enable ad networks to show relevant ads. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • Technical support: device and OS data help us reproduce and fix bugs.
  • Legal compliance: we may process data as required by applicable law or in response to valid legal requests.

4. Game Progress and Saved Games

Several of our Apps save your game progress. The data saved may include:

  • Levels completed and current progress
  • Unlocked content and in-app purchases state
  • In-game settings (e.g., sound preferences)
  • Hints and bonus items used or remaining

Local storage: in all Apps, progress is always saved on your device. If you uninstall the App, locally stored data is deleted automatically.

Cloud sync (selected Apps only): in Apps that integrate with Google Play Games or Apple Game Center, your progress is additionally linked to your platform account — identified by a platform-assigned Player ID (we do not store this ID on our own servers). This data is stored and managed by Google or Apple under their respective privacy policies. Cloud sync allows your progress to be restored if you reinstall the App or switch devices.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your data at any time. Deletion is complete — all of your game data is removed at once, not partially.

In-App Deletion (primary method)

Each App that stores game progress provides an in-app deletion option: go to Settings → Delete My Data. This permanently removes all locally stored progress and game data. This action is irreversible — deleted progress cannot be restored.

Cloud-Saved Data

If the App uses Google Play Games or Apple Game Center for cloud sync, your progress is also stored on the platform's servers. We do not have the ability to delete that data on your behalf — it is managed directly by the platform. To remove it:

  • Google Play Games: open the Google Play Games app → your profile → Settings → Delete Play Games account and data.
  • Apple Game Center: open iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Game Center, then manage or delete your Game Center data.

6. Data Retention

Game progress is retained until you delete it via the App or by uninstalling. Analytics data is kept in aggregated, anonymized form. Support correspondence is retained for up to 3 years after your last contact.

Only the three Apps listed above with cloud sync store game data. The in-app data deletion option (Settings → Delete My Data) is available in those Apps.


8. Third-Party Services

Our Apps rely on third-party services for analytics, advertising, payments and distribution. These services may collect and process your data under their own privacy policies.

Our Apps do not process payments directly. We do not collect or store payment information. All payment processing is handled by the platform's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).


9. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has used one of our Apps that saves game data, the data can be deleted using the in-app option (Settings → Delete My Data). You may also contact us at support@lunappstudio.com and we will help guide you through the process. Users between 13 and 17 should have their parent or legal guardian review and agree to this Policy.


10. Your Rights

You have the following options to manage your data:

  • Delete your game data at any time using the in-app option (see Section 5).
  • Opt out of personalized advertising and analytics via your device settings (see Section 13).
  • Request information about your data or ask any privacy-related questions by emailing us at support@lunappstudio.com. We will respond within 30 days.

Please note that our analytics data is collected in anonymized, aggregated form and cannot be linked back to individual users.


11. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach that may affect your rights, we will notify the relevant data protection authorities and affected users within the timeframes required by applicable law.


12. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, Israel and other jurisdictions where our third-party service providers operate. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable data protection laws.


13. Opt-Out Options

  • Ad personalization: You can disable personalized ads in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy → Advertising; Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
  • App Tracking Transparency (iOS): On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will ask for your permission before tracking your activity across other apps and websites. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
  • Analytics: You can opt out of analytics collection via your device settings or by uninstalling the App.
  • Ad-free experience: Some of our Apps offer an in-app purchase to remove ads entirely.


14. Consent Management

On first launch, our Apps display a consent dialog where you can choose whether to allow personalized advertising and analytics. Your choice is saved and respected throughout your use of the App. You can change your preferences at any time by resetting the consent dialog in the App settings or by adjusting your device privacy settings (see Section 13).

On iOS devices, you will also see an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt, which is separate from our consent dialog and controlled by Apple.


15. For Users in the European Economic Area (GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you are entitled to the protections of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legal basis for each type of data processing is indicated in the table in Section 2. Where processing is based on consent (advertising identifiers, age, location), you may withdraw your consent at any time through the consent dialog in the App or via your device settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.


16. For Users in California (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides you with additional rights regarding your personal information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. You have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. To exercise these rights, use the in-app deletion option (see Section 5) or contact us at support@lunappstudio.com.


17. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.


18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. You are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of our Apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
