How do I remove ads?
Every game has a one-time "Remove ads" purchase in its settings. It disables full-screen ads permanently on that device. Already bought it? Use "Restore purchases" on a new phone with the same store account.
Will I lose my progress if I change phones?
No — sign in with Game Center (iPhone) or Google Play Games (Android) and your levels and stats follow you to the new device automatically.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Most of our games — including Fillwords and Crosswords — work fully offline once installed. Perfect for flights, commutes and queues.
I found a word that wasn't accepted (or one that shouldn't be).
Our dictionaries are hand-curated, but no word list is perfect. Send us the game, language and level number and we'll fix it in the next update.
An ad appeared in the middle of a level.
That shouldn't happen — ads are only meant to show between levels. If you see one mid-puzzle, please email us a screenshot from the game's settings so we can identify the ad and have it removed.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds go through them directly. If something went wrong with a purchase, write to us and we'll help you sort it out.
